Tony in service is the guy to deal with! I live in Fairfax county but I take my bike there for service. They are more reasonable and have many folks who have worked there for years... They do pick up and delivery in the off season and they seem more personable and patient than bigger dealers I have tried to do business with in the past. I am very particular with my customized BMW and happy to report it gets returned to me in pristine condition with all services done properly and usually under the initial quote. Good show guys!

I couldn't believe the level of customer service we received at Mortons. I had looked at their web site and saw a used BMWS1000XR, which I fancied. I enquired about a possible trade price for my current bike and liked what they were offering. Decided to purchase it. Rented a trailer, loaded my machine and me and my buddy Rick drove down on a Saturday. We got there after a long drive and went in. I told them who I was and from that point it was like we were old friends. They helped unload my bike, pointed everything I needed to know about the new bike, offered us coffee and made us feel at home. We started the paperwork, and I was wondering when we would begin the negotiating around price. There was none, the price they told me my old bike was worth was given, and I felt at that point I had been given a very good deal. Before we loaded the new bike they made sure I could get the bike on the main stand and wouldn't like to load it until I could. So was given a master class in getting a bike on the main stand (not usually easy on heavier bikes). Once mastered they helped load the bike into the trailer and helped strap it correctly. It was Chuck who helped there. Before we left Jimmy asked if we were driving back that day, we told him we were staying somewhere local. He then suggested a Holiday Inn Express close by, called to see if they had any rooms for the night and suggested a great Mexican restaurant close by. To be treated like that buying a used bike, simply blew me away. This level of customer service and customer appreciation is un heard of in this day and age, it made me feel great that there is a dealership that genuinely cares about their customers in this way. Let me tell you, if I am ever thinking of a new bike I will not hesitate to go back to Mortons BMW. Oh, the Mexican restaurant was great, and so was my new bike! Special thanks to the extra special service we received for Jimmy and Cuck. Highly recommended.
