After my local BMW dealership had my R1250RS for 2 weeks and did not touch it for its 6K service, nor did they know when they could get to it (I made the appointment a month before dropping it off to them btw), I called Morton's this past Friday 9/12/25 just to inquire if they could possibly have an appt time Saturday to do the 6K svc. Fortunately, Tony in Service said that they could get me in at 1p Saturday so I took it. Picked up my bike from the other dealership when they opened in the morning and made the 115 mile ride from Hampton Roads to Fredericksburg. Got there in a little over 2.5 hrs, 1.25 hrs early than my 1p appt time. They asked me to ride my bike into the shop where surprisingly they immediately started the service! The 6k svc, plus a brake line flush, was done by 130p instead of the 4p promised completion time. They gave me 2.5 hrs back to my day. This is truly what I call service! So if you need BMW Motorrad service, don't hesitate to call Tony at Morton's BMW. They may get you in that day, or I bet at least within 48 hrs. All my future service will be with these efficient, friendly guys. It's always worth the trip for great customer service...

I have never been Amazed by a vehicle dealership until now. Found the BMW motorcycle I wanted at Morton’s but they are 150 miles away. Negotiated the deal via text and phone. Then Morton’s BMW delivered my new BMW R 1300 RT directly to my house, did some DMV paperwork, then loaded my trade onto their trailer and it was done in less than 30 minutes. That’s the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced. Wow! What a dealership. My thanks to Alex and Johnny! You guys are great!

I decided to take an early morning ride from the coast to the mountains on Saturday. Two hours into the ride a service light popped up on the display indicating something wrong with the ESA. That worried so I stopped to figure out next steps. I was traveling Route 17, so I chose to stop in at Morton's. I explained my situation and they gladly checked the bike out in a matter of minutes. There was a fault in the ESA that they tried to clear but were unsuccessful. They then offered to take it back and dig in to it which I gladly accepted. Soon after they fournd some damaged wiring and went to work making the repair. I was back on the road within a couple hours and riding with confidence. While waiting I checked out their full lineup of bikes and interacted with just abut everyone working that day. They were all engaging and pleasant and made what could have been a nightmare of a day into a good day of riding and bike shopping. Thank you Morton's - I'll be back.

The technicians ask the right questions and get my bike repaired right the first time. This is just a great shop - heck, I drive over an hour past another shop to use them!
